DataSkills provides immediate access to digital educational materials once a purchase has been completed. Because course resources are delivered online and become available instantly through the learning platform, refund requests follow the guidelines described below.

Refund Request Period

Participants may request a refund within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests submitted after this review period may not be eligible for consideration.

Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical environment to access online learning materials before completing a purchase.

Recommended requirements include:

• a stable internet connection
• a compatible device capable of accessing digital learning platforms
• basic familiarity with online educational environments

Refund requests cannot be issued due to technical limitations related to personal devices, internet connectivity, or software compatibility after enrollment.


Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the payment will be returned using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. In most cases, refunds are completed within 7–14 business days after approval.
